Back of House: Fries – I love being able to balance having enough fries for our guests while also ensuring they are fresh and taste good.
Front of House: Server – I love the touch points with the guests to see them blown away by our excellent service.

Why do you enjoy working at Chick-fil-A?
Working with people in their first job and helping develop them into professionals. Also the novelty of the equipment and scale of operations we have.
What was your favorite training or development experience/resource since you began working with Chick-fil-A?
Chop Wood Carry Water is a book that I find referencing with my team, family, and myself almost daily. Embracing the daily practice of getting better helps put my actions into a long term personal growth mindset.
What do you enjoy doing on your free time?
I love reading. I am a JRR Tolkien fan, traveling for food and new experiences and cooking.

My wife, Johanna, and I have been married for over 10 years and have a son named Taylor.
