When did you join the leadership team at Chick-fil-A?

My leadership journey started in 2006.

Why do you enjoy working at Chick-fil-A?

I love working at Chick-fil-A because I have never experienced a company that cares more about them on a personal and professional level. The leaders and mentors I have had at Chick-fil-A have believed in me and helped me continue to grow in all aspects of my life. They have helped me show up well and present to those in all aspects of my life. And as a part of the culture here, I also get the opportunity to carry this legacy on.

What was your favorite training or development experience/resource since you began working with Chick-fil-A?

If I had to choose just one it would have to be Daring Greatly by Berne Brown. I had the opportunity to go through this resource as a part of my sabbatical. This resource and experience has changed the very way I show up in all aspects of my life. The purpose of vulnerability and ability is not to play small because of fear of failure but rather to get in the arena.

What do you enjoy doing on your free time?

I LOVE to cook!! One of my favorite things to do is make a meal for someone I love. To recreate a dish for them or come up with a dish that fills not only their stomachs but their heart. To make something that is personal to them is one of the ways I love to show those around me that they matter and are seen and appreciated.
