Back of House: Secondary – I enjoy the complexity of the number of food items we prepare on that side of the kitchen.
Front of House: Bagging – I enjoy ensuring our guests get the correct items as fast as possible.

It is the first job where I actually feel cared for and like the owner is in it for the team.

Reading, and playing games with my daughter.
